Located on 112-114 Hastings St N, Bancroft, Courtyard Home is a sixteen-unit housing complex. The grid of this building is rotated to make every unit faces north-south to provide residents with more sunlight. Based on this order, the ground floor is designed to be a public space combined with a café and a community library, which aims to create an inclusive coliving space for a variety of people.
