Year End Show
2020

For our inaugural online exhibition, the Ryerson Department of Architectural Science is showcasing our 2020 Year End Show, featuring our best student work. At DAS, we encourage students to test boundaries, explore new possibilities, and apply their skill to prevailing issues present within their evolving surroundings. This annual exhibition presents the culmination of the 2019-2020 academic term, showcasing the impressive and cutting-edge works of our top students in all four years of study and at the graduate level.

Ryerson Department of Architectural Science
Celebrating the Best of Student Work with Y.E.S. 2020

Welcome to the DAS 2020 Year End Show (YES).

Congratulations to all DAS students for completing the winter term, despite the difficult circumstances caused by the Covid 19 pandemic.

Unfortunately, this year we have not been able to celebrate the work of our students in the traditional way with an exhibition in our gallery and throughout our building. But we wanted to recognise the of creative and outstanding work that students produced this year.

So, instead, for the first time, we are excited to try out an online format for our YES.

The Year End Show presents the culmination of the 2019-2020 academic year, showcasing the impressive and cutting-edge works of our top students in all four years of study and at the graduate level. We have focused primarily on studio work from the past two terms. In DAS we encourage students to test boundaries, explore new possibilities, and apply their skill to current issues present within their built environment.

We hope you enjoy browsing through the varied and stimulating work of students at various stages of their architectural education and exploring varying aspects of architectural science.

Although we aren't able to celebrate in person this year, congratulations to students for all of your accomplishments this year and we look forward to more creative work in years to come.
