Terrena

As geological weathering and Terrena’s surfaces explore the dichotomy between manicured landscapes and that without human influence. The installation offers an alternative to a static and unproductive landscape by investigating how a planted surface can be an adaptation of its surroundings.

Over the duration of the exhibit, the grasses and their roots will respond to its environment and to the visitors as they interact with the piece.
