Money & Unequal Opportunity

Monika Mitic

They walk through the city streets, preoccupied with their own tasks and the constant pace of moving forward. No one seems to notice the darkness creeping within the alleyway, but again, who would need to look when joyful colors surround you? No one cares about the inconvenient figures lurking within this darkness. Nor do they want to acknowledge the harsh separation between the two classes in society. Either way, no one intends on creating a blend between the two distinctions. All the matters is the illusion of ‘joyful’ colors embodying wealth and abundance, that ultimately, isn’t truly there.
